Bell Activities for Tots & Preschoolers

This post may contain affiliate links.

This week we're learning all about bells!  Sunshine is very excited.

B is for Bell
Instead of our usual B is for Bell printable, I thought we'd try something different this week.  We have "gold" play dough, a rolling pin and two cookie cutters, a B and a bell.

Threading with Jingle Bells
I LOVE this activity.  Not only does it look beautiful, but it's perfect for working on fine motor skills.

Bell Transfer using Tongs
Sunshine will practice transferring jingle bells using the tongs provided.  She really likes these types of activities.

Transfer of Bells using a Spoon
Sunshine can always use practice with a spoon.  In this activity she'll transfer bells from one bowl to the other.

Bell Sensory Bin
I am so pleased with how this sensory bin turned out.  It's contents include silver and gold ribbons, along with different types and sizes of bells.  I'm certain Sunshine will love it!

Next week we'll be learning all about the Nutcracker Ballet. This will be Sunshine's first year joining us in this endeavor. Stay tuned for toddler friendly nutcracker and ballet themed activities!

  1. These are wonderful! We just did a bell ornament activity with my 2.5 yo, and I'll be sure to link up!

  2. I love all the neat activities for bells, especially the threading activity. Great time of years for getting out some jingle bells. Thanks for sharing over on Throwback Thursday Blog-Style. I hope you can stop by again this week.

  3. I didn't realise that something as simple as bells can be used in so many learning activities! Thanks for sharing on Toddler Fun Friday.
