Special Dietary Needs Support and Resources

Each one of our children has special dietary needs, whether they're food allergies, sensory issues, and/or trauma related problems.  Some are quite severe.  As a result, my husband and I have spent years studying food and nutrition.  We've dabbled in food therapy.  Much time has also been spent understanding triggers related to food as a result of trauma.

Special dietary needs are no joke.  They are difficult for everyone in the household.  It's so important to have support and know you're not alone.  This is why we've created a Special Dietary Needs Support and Resources page.  Here we share our personal experiences and things we've learned along the way.
